Once a console, service, or digital asset is delivered or transferred, it is non-refundable.
Refunds will only be provided in specific cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error on our end before delivery
- Service not provided as per confirmation
2. Refund Process
Submit a refund request to consoleexchangeglobal@gmail.com within 3 business days of the transaction.
Provide your order details and valid reason for the request.
Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

- Change of mind after payment
